3-Month Accidental Spill and Stain Guarantee

At Dustrix, we are committed to delivering exceptional residential cleaning services with lasting results. All qualifying residential cleaning appointments include a 3-month accidental spill and stain warranty at no extra cost.

• Covers one accidental incident per household within 90 days (3 months) of the original cleaning appointment
  
  

What Is Covered

The warranty applies to localized accidental spills or stains on areas cleaned by Dustrix, including:

• Food and drink spills (coffee, juice, sauces)
  
  

• Pet accidents (muddy paws, light messes)
  
  

• Child-related spills (snack crumbs, sticky handprints)
  
  

• Cosmetic soiling on carpets, upholstery, or hard surfaces
  
  

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• General dirt buildup or neglect
  
  

• Recurring or repeated messes in the same spot
  
  

• Permanent stains (ink, bleach, dye, paint, chemical spills)
  
  

• Smoke damage, odor removal, mold, or biohazard cleaning
  
  

• Structural or water damage under floors or upholstery
  
  

• Areas not cleaned by Dustrix during the original service
  
  

• Surfaces treated by other providers or unapproved products
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the 3-month warranty, the following conditions must be met:

• Original service was a Dustrix residential cleaning appointment
  
  

• Affected area was cleaned during the initial service
  
  

• Incident was accidental and not due to misuse or neglect
  
  

• Notification to Dustrix made within 90 days of the original cleaning date
  
  

• Property remains under the same ownership or tenancy
  
  

• Area is accessible and safe for re-cleaning
  
  

How to Claim Your Free Re-Cleaning Service

1. Contact Dustrix via email (hellodustrix@gmail.com) or phone (0161 296 8836)
   
   

2. Provide your full name, service address, and original cleaning date
   
   

3. Describe the issue and attach a clear photo of the affected area
   
   

4. Claims are reviewed within 2 working days
   
   

5. If approved, a free re-clean will be scheduled within 7–10 working days (subject to availability)
   
   

Limitations and Company Rights

• Warranty covers re-cleaning only, not a full cleaning service
  
  

• Dustrix may decline claims that do not meet eligibility requirements
  
  

• Warranty does not extend the original service period or cover unrelated issues
  
  

• Dustrix may update or cancel this warranty policy at any time; existing bookings remain covered under the terms at the time of booking
  
  

Liability Statement

This warranty applies solely to re-cleaning the affected areas. Dustrix is not liable for:

• Permanent or irreversible stains
  
  

• Costs related to item replacement or structural repairs
  
  

• Any financial loss, inconvenience, or disruption caused by the incident

Offer Details

• Offer Validity: Bookings made between 13 August 2025 and 19 August 2025 (inclusive)
  
  

• Eligible Services: Applies to carpet cleaning bookings only
  
  

• Customers booking carpet cleaning during the offer period are entitled to 50% off a full-house domestic cleaning service or an equivalent-value service for smaller properties (see pricing equality below)
  
  

Domestic Cleaning under the Offer

• Service type: Light domestic cleaning, similar to a spring-clean refresh, intended for general upkeep between deep cleans
  
  

• Exclusions: Specialist or deep-clean tasks (oven cleaning, stain removal, post-renovation cleaning) unless agreed in writing for an additional fee
  
  

• Property size limits:
  
  

  • Full-house discount applies to properties up to 200m²
    
    

  • Larger homes may incur a surcharge
    
    

Pricing Equality

• Discounts are proportional to property size
  
  

• Smaller properties (e.g., studio flats) receive an equivalent proportional value
  
  

• Domestic cleaning must be scheduled within 30 days of the carpet cleaning appointment
  
  

Booking Requirements

• Appointments are subject to availability, with limited slots per day
  
  

• Both services must be booked under the same customer name and address
  
  

Restrictions

• Offer is non-transferable, not refundable, and not redeemable for cash
  
  

• Cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or discounts
  
  

• The provider reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice
