1. Eligibility:
All offers and discount vouchers are available to "new and existing customers" unless stated otherwise. Offers are valid only for residential and commercial cleaning services booked through our official website or customer service line.

2. Offer Validity:
Promotions may subject to time limits. Each offer will specify a start and end date if any. No extensions will be granted after the expiry date.

3. Discount Limits:
Only one discount or voucher code can be applied per transaction. Discounts cannot be combined or stacked unless explicitly allowed.

4. Minimum Booking Value:
Certain discounts may require a minimum booking amount. This will be clearly mentioned in the promotional details.

5. Non-transferable & Non-refundable:
All offers and vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

6. Cancellation Policy:
