Every qualifying residential carpet cleaning appointment includes a 3-month accidental spill and stain warranty — provided at no extra cost — giving you complete peace of mind after your clean.
This guarantee covers one accidental incident per household within 90 days of your original carpet cleaning service.
✅ What the Warranty Covers
Our 3-Month Carpet Cleaning Warranty applies to localised, accidental spills or stains on areas cleaned by Dustrix, including:
Food and drink spills (coffee, juice, sauces, wine, etc.)
Pet accidents (muddy pawprints, light pet messes)
Child-related spills (snacks, sticky fingerprints)
Cosmetic soiling on carpets, rugs, or upholstery
We’ll return and professionally re-clean the affected area — free of charge.
❌ What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not apply to:
General dirt buildup or lack of maintenance
Repeated or recurring messes in the same area
Permanent stains (ink, bleach, dye, paint, or chemical damage)
Smoke damage, odour removal, or mould treatment
Structural or water damage under carpets or upholstery
Areas not originally cleaned by Dustrix. Cleaning Services
Surfaces treated by other providers or with unapproved products
🧾 Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the 3-Month Carpet Cleaning Warranty:
The original service must have been a Dustrix residential carpet cleaning appointment.
The affected area must have been cleaned during that initial service.
The incident must be accidental, not due to misuse or neglect.
Dustrix must be notified within 90 days of the original cleaning date.
The property must remain under the same ownership or tenancy.
The area must be accessible and safe for our team to re-clean.

Dustrix reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet eligibility criteria.
The warranty does not extend the original cleaning service period or cover unrelated issues.
Dustrix may update or withdraw this policy at any time; existing bookings remain covered under the terms active at the time of service.

Permanent or irreversible stains
Costs related to carpet or furniture replacement
Structural damage or repairs
